Which documents do we need?

For every service you offer we need:

• Accreditation or competency, for example membership of an accreditation scheme or professional body. One certificate can cover several services.
• Insurance, such as professional indemnity or public liability. Each insurance document is uploaded separately.

If your accreditation body is not listed, choose Other and type its name. Our team reviews new bodies.

Expiry dates are set to one year from the start date, less one day, unless the document says otherwise.
